Hi,

I have no problems connecting to Webfaction servers with the normal ftp username and password, however when I attempt to connect with sftp, it won't connect.

I have spoken to webfaction, they have confirmed that there are no additional settings necessary from their side.

Is there any way to test this issue?

Possibly the provider does not support SFTP connections at all? What is the error message displayed?
