A simple binary file: 2700 4-byte reals + 2 4-byte integers=10808 bytes.
Downloading yields (11,094 bytes) on my Mac.
gzipping first, then downloading, then ungzipping - works fine.
What's the reason? What's in the extra bytes?
I've used Cyberduck previously for binary files with no problem. Something changed?
Running Mac OS 10.6.8, and just installed new Cyberduck v. 4.2.1
Thanks.
Chuck
