Rixfoch created the issue

When SFTP is set to the default protocol and a hostname is entered into a new browser quick-connect field and the enter key is pressed, without other credentials for the server, Cyberduck will attempt to login via SFTP using "Anonymous Login" credentials. In SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) this has no meaning, there is no such thing as an anonymous login in SSH FTP the way there is commonly in traditional FTP.
