Great Job on Cyberduck!
Synology has added SFTP on their DSM 4.1 Beta. Nautilus filemanager via SFTP and the linux console SFTP connect fine.
With Cyberduck, FTPS works. SFTP gives the following error:
SSH Error: Bad message (SSH_FX_BAD_MESSAGE: A badly formatted packet or other SFTP protocol incompatibility was detected.)
The log drawer shows:

It seems to see the shared folders, but then the error pops up and they don't show up in Cyberduck

Can you additionally report this interoperability issue to Synology.
Sorry, something went wrong.
