While doing an upload, Mountain Lion goes to sleep mode, even if upload is NOT finished.
In other terms: while uploading, Cyberduck should prevent the system to go to sleep mode.
If upload or download is finished, of course system should now be possible to go to sleep mode again.
I have yet not checked the behaviour on downloads by Cyberduck.

I also encounter this problem, running OS X 10.8.1 and Cyberduck 4.2.1
Sorry, something went wrong.
