386bc27 created the issue

I managed to upload my first file to sync with my iPhone app. Then when I went to upload the second file, it started fine, but after a few seconds it just said connection failed. And haven't been able to connect it again on either of my computers (iMac and MacBook Pro, both running OSX Mountain Lion).

Here's what the terminal said when following your websites instructions:

The process you connect to on the iPhone is not running or responding properly.
