I used Cyberduck to access to my ftp server. It's Gene6 FTP Server running on Windows XP Pro. This server is UTF-8 compatible, actually when I use Windows UTF-8 clients like SmartFTP, Unicode works (tested with Japanese & French filenames). It doesn't work with Cyberduck, I get question marks instead of the correct characters. Looking at the logs, it seems that Cyberduck doesn't send the following command when connecting : "OPTS UTF8 ON". I guess that without this command the server doesn't switch to UTF8 encoding.
