So I connect to a server and am sure to not check the save password box. The next time i want to connect I put in my username and my password comes up...
I can not use this program if anyone can get on my ftp with just my username and my laptop.

Cheers.

Delete the password entry for the server from your login keychain using Keychain Access.app.

My comment above would be for Mac. On Windows, remove the user.config used to store your passwords. Refer to (http://trac.cyberduck.ch/wiki/help/en/faq#Wherearepreferencesandapplicationsettingssavedto). On Windows, passwords are encrypted using your login credentials and stored in the user.config file.
