all my bookmarks have been working for years. Now, two of them haven't allowed me to upload. THe error message "FTP response 421 received. Server closed connection" started coming up, even though I didn't change settings and my server said nothing was closed on their end. I went in and tried to update the settings just by re typewriting and now I cannot get access, stating "530 Login Authentication failed." It has been so long since I set up these accounts, I cannot remember the correct setting to put into the sections. IS there somewhere I can look these up again? THis is what I have inputted when I get the first error message 421:

FTP Username: photos@suzannephoto.com
FTP Server: ftp.suzannephoto.com
FTP Server Port: 21
web url: www.ftp.suzannephoto.com

When I change the username to just photos, and then when prompted for password I enter photos, I then get 530 Login authentication failed.

Please help. Please advise what is the correct input for a username? And then does this automatically become the password?
