Hello, I have tried creating a folder in Cyberduck and recieve an message saying i do not have permission (error 550)

I also tried on differnt ftp programs like file zilla and dont get the message.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Please report this issue to the hosting provider. You are either missing permissions or the server is unable to handle absolute paths.

The server really says yo don't have permission to create a new folder. There is nothing I can do about here.
