I am using Cyberduck 3.2.1, running Mac Os 10.4.11. I am able to connect to a server but cannot upload files no matter what I name them, getting a "forbidden filename" error message, even if I use a filename already uploaded to the server. Tech support from the server cannot understand this. Others send them files with Cyberduck using similar addresses and the file transfers. I used 15688_1015.mov and was given this error message, also 688_1015.mp4 for video files which were working.
Please advise.

Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance. Note that the version of Cyberduck you mention does not run on 10.4.x.
