I have just recently purchase the 4.2.1 version of Cyberduck for my class and it only worked once and now i am getting at message
"I/O Error:Connection failed connect timed out"
could you help me fix this with step by step instructions on how to fix this problem.
Thanks for your help

i have called Apple and my Fair Point Internet provider and no one can help me with this matter. I did not want to get some free software from the net i wanted something that i felt was going to be reliable that is way i chose to purchase something from the Apple Store.

There is a connectivity issue between your computer and the server. Either the request is blocked by an intermediary network component or not answered by the server itself.
