I think cyberduck is rather brilliant despite this hiccup!

Missing directory "teaching material" in "Copy URL"

Compare these 2 references to the same file.
ftp://paulniemacom@www.paulnieman.com/httpdocs/teachingmaterial/downloads/cc/file.jpg

Make sure to set the default path in the bookmark to /httpdocs. Refer to (http://trac.cyberduck.ch/wiki/help/en/howto/bookmarks#HTTPURL).
