I am using Cyberduck (great program by the way, I think I've contributed in the past). I run both the Mac and PC versions and at least 90% of the time uploading to more than one different site I get this problem. I immediately choose "try again" and "resume" and then it works immediately. So I think some parameter in cyberduck may need to be tuned?

I checked the log drawer and it was empty after the fact. I did not have it open during the session, so don't know if I lost the log. Please let me know if in the future I need to keep the log drawer open which I will do to help you pinpoint the problem.
