quota error #698

04c68bb created the issue

I have just installed cyberduck and i get this error

"FTP Error: Quota exceeded: /public_html/about_us.htm won't be saved 6377 Kbytes used (124%) - authorized: 5120 Kb (about_us.htm)"

after this error appears the original file dissapears off my webspace, how can i stop any of this happening?
