Hi there,

I previously downloaded Cyberduck version 4.2.1, it failed to open on my mac, system version 10.5.8

After trying several time I downloaded the old version of cyberduck, 3.1.2. The programme opened, but whenever I tried to connect to the ftp configuration file: nina@ninashenpoblete.com.duck, the following message is displayed:

DNS Error: Connection Failed
ftp://ftp.ninashenpoblete.com
ftp.ninashenpoblete.com: ftp.ninashenpoblete.com

It's extremely frustrating, and I'm not very familiar with the dns system. Could you please help!!

We don't support old version anymore. You can try to update to the latest snapshot or beta build available.
