Hi -

I work in the products team at Egnyte. As an introduction, here is my linked in profile:

Egnyte offers cloud storage services to professionals and businesses. We are backed by Google. Our website is : http://www.egnyte.com/

Over 20,000 businesses use our cloud service to store, share and transfer files (e.g. Ikea, Bulova, Home Depot etc.). We offer FTP, Webdav support in addition to browser, mobile and sync access to files. Many of our customers use Cyberduck to connect to our cloud. Below is a page from our helpdesk which provides the info on connecting using Cyberduck.

We want to work with the Cyberduck community. Yesterday I had posted on the wiki some "how to" details for users to connect to Egnyte using Cyberduck.

Can you please advise on the approval process to get this information posted on the Wiki.

Thanks
Rajesh (rram@egnyte.com)

We do not maintain thirdparty access instructions on our wiki which should be more of a general nature. Having detailed instructions for user credentials on the provider website is just fine.
