Edit File button crashes app #7071

Hi,

Cyberduck was working perfectly until 5 days ago. Now when I click on "edit" to open a file in my text editor it simply beach balls and never comes back. I have to force quit the app and then manually download and re-upload the file... its driving me CRAZY!!!

I tried changing text editors (TextWrangler, CotEditor and TextEdit) but all of them did the same thing.

Can somebody please let me know how to fix this issue.
