How can one actually see the files that don't get uploaded? I have an error message from Cyberduck indicating that tons of files weren't uploaded to the server (Egnyte) I wanted them to go to. Please advise. Thanks.

You can resume the transfer to try to upload the remaining files or reload the transfer and skip existing files.
