DIfference between this and version on app store #7111

What is the difference between this and the version on the MacApp store? I've been using free and want to pay.
Will I get updates both ways?
Also will this work well with either sublime text 2 or espresso?

The versions are the same in functionality although differ as the App Store versions includes a bundled runtime. Updates in the App Store are only available when a new release is made available. With version on the website you can upgrade to beta and snapshot builds.
