I am using a MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion.. It's not a major issue, just one that is annoying... Every now and then when I go to fire up Cyberduck, I have to go and download the file again as the program has randomly uninstalled itself. Really don't understand how it's even possible but glad that all the settings/ passwords are saved somewhere on the system and are untouched.. Any ideas?

I cannot explain this. Move the Cyberduck.app bundle to your Applications folder and you will be fine.
