Dear Support,

I installed Windows 8 64bit on my PC along with Cyberduck 4.2.1 and made a donation (Transaction ID: 63H70844K8885805N). I launched a donation key and it was accepted.

Today I decided to return to Windows 7 64bit on the same PC and installed the same version of Cyberduck - 4.2.1. However, the donation key was not accepted.

I am not planning to use Windows 8 in the nearest future. Do I now have to donate for Windows 7 as well, or will you issue me another key?

The key should just work, it is not restricted to a single isntallation. Make sure the file is not edited when moving to the other installation. You can always lookup you donation key at http://cyberduck.ch/donate/ to receive it with the email address you have registered with Paypal.
