Seit der Version 4.3 gibt es unter Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6) das Problem, dass er nach jedem Cyberduck-Neustart (öffnen einer Verbindung) fragt, ob man den Zugriff auf den Schlüsselbund erlauben will, obwohl ich auf "Immer" geklickt habe. Auf Rechnern mit Mac OS X 10.8.3 merkt er sich die Einstellung. Es scheint nur bei älteren Systemen nicht zu funktionieren.

I can replicate the issue. Must be related to signing with a Developer ID certificate.
