I built Cyberduck as described in build page, but I see:

[Launcher Error] No Runtime key in dictionary.

OSX 10.6 Xcode 3.2.6

PS actually I tried to check dropbox behavior. I'm sure you need to change API_VERSION to 1 as described in
https://www.dropbox.com/developers/core/api

Run the build with

ant -Dapp.runtime.properties.key=Runtime -Dbuild.xcodeoptions=SDKROOT=macosx

OK; as a notice:

Actually my final concern is to provide patch to update Dropbox API to Version 1. So I need to compile 8ae975d anyway.
I used http://trac.cyberduck.ch/ticket/6768 as a workaround.

Yes, working for you... Since the issue was fixed on 0559c44.

Sorry to have bothered you but perhaps I might return with the patch.
