Description

This is the third ticket I have had to set up. I have no earthly idea how to use your ticket system. I try responding to the email you send me ("no_reply") and that gets bounced. I look at my tickets and it says I have none. So I have to communicate with you by new tickets each time!

The prior tickets are : #7240: Better, But Now Cannot Get Past Root #7241: Better, But Now Cannot Get Past Root #7216: Your Dialog Box Captures My Desktop

You recall that I have Widows Visa. I now attach a word file that contains the screenshots you requested.
