We are trying to download/transfer files and the ftp error 500 I won't open a connection to 192.168.0.2 (only to 68.35.31.27)
What does this mean?

Set the connect mode to PASV.

Duplicate for #5385. Will add proper fallback logic if the server denies PORT command.
