Description
One of our user is not able to see the actual folers from her desktop while connected to FTP site (Unix server) using Cyberduck. She upgraded to latest version but problem still exists. I feel like there is some kind of glitch that is making folders appear to look like other folders
You can refer ticket #7385 for more info as same was opneded for the same issue.
Please find latest snapshot for reference. Please call me (Sandeep Saxena) at 310-369-1245, if you need more details.

Most possibly you can work around this issue by disabling the use of the STAT command. Use defaults write ch.sudo.cyberduck ftp.command.stat false in a Terminal.app window.
But please provide the transcript from the log drawer so we can test and fix this issue.
