When initiating an "Unsecured FTP connection", Cyberduck prompts you to change to FTP-SSL. Selecting "don't show again" at this dialogue does not prevent the dialogue from appearing during successive connections to the unsecured server.
At the very least it would be REALLY NICE to have a preferences option along the lines of "Don't hassle the user to use FTP-SSL when it's available" or even better "Don't check if each server supports SSL and then whinge about it when it does".

I cannot reproduce the issue with the latest 4.4 snapshot build. You can disable the feature globally with the hidden preference defaults write ch.sudo.cyberduck connection.unsecure.warning.ftp false.
