Whenever I connect to a server using ftp:// that supports encrypted connections I get an advisory message asking me if I want to switch to FTP-SSL with a "Don't show again" checkbox and a "Change" or "Continue" button.

I keep checking "Don't show again" and "Continue", and every time I connect to the server I still get the message.
