44e3f46 created the issue

...and now three things are happening. 1) It flags me as Unregistered in a red bar in the upper right 2)When I go to upload it goes throught the motions, but the updates do not appear on the webpage 3)It is telling me the certificate is not trusted

You can always lookup your donation key at http://cyberduck.ch/donate/ to receive it with the email address you have registered with Paypal.

Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance. You are connecting to a server for which the hostname does not match in the certificate. You can choose to ignore this by choosing View certificate and check Always trust.
