Password constantly being asked for #7600

Every log in and every file transfer I am being asked for password even though add to keychain is checked.

The login is in keychain however it says that the password is restricted. I have attached a screen shot.

Something is wrong with that keychain. I suggest trying to repair it using Keychain Access.app → Keychain First Aid.
