Connect to Amazon S3 using a bookmark.
Drag the file I want to upload to a bucket.
Sometimes (like 20% of times), when the upload is about to complete, the Transfers window will report "Transfer incomplete", but if I compare file sizes I can tell that the file has been successfully uploaded.
This happens connecting to Amazon S3 and to other compatible services (like the italian Seeweb Cloud Object Storage), so I don't think it's a service specific issue. I experienced the problem in Cyberduck 4.4 on OS X 10.9 and in Cyberduck 4.3 on OS X 10.5 and 10.8.
I'm attaching a full transcript that includes a few successful uploads and a "Transfer incomplete" upload, which is the last one in the log.
