My mac is up to date Maverick 10.9.
On updating to version 4.4.3 cyberduck I lost the donation key and all setting to my connections.
The donation key is easy recoverable by entering the email. works.
But loosing all my ftp log in causes me lots of work te manually enter it again.
This info should not go lost on an update.

Preferences and application data (bookmark & history) should are always retained when upgrading. You must have accidentally removed ~/Library/Application Support/Cyberduck.
