Cyberduck for Windows 4.4.3 fails FTP-SSL (Explicit AUTH TLS) upload of simple text file (readme.md) without reporting any errors. Upload reports no errors in transcript log (which cannot be copied here as 4.4.3 has been uninstalled). No connection errors to remote target, can browse remote directory structure without problem. Consistently results in file not uploaded (silently) or partial upload of corrupted file without reporting errors.

Version 4.4.2 works fine (reverted/reinstalled 4.4.2). My environment... Windows 7 running in Parallels on Mac Book Pro connecting to Rackspace performance server. 4.4.3 is unusable for FTPS in this environment.
