Description
before upgrading, files that i upload to the AWS bucket will automatically have a "Everyone - Read" permission, but now, that permission don't appear on any file i uploaded, and when i try to update the permission, it will not be saved.
it's the same on my Mac (10.9), Home PC (Win 8.1), and Office PC (win 7)
