I am downloading the program and getting this message: "CyberDuck Stop Working". "Do you want to send more information about this problem?"

I tried 3 different times and getting the same message. Even though at the end I still see CyberDuck icon on my desk top, when I click on it nothing happens. Program is not opening up.

What is the problem?

I cannot see cyberduck.log file, because I cannot open an application.

I looked in suggested link C:\Users[username]\AppData\Roaming\Cyberduck, but there is no Cyberduck file. I got as far as Roaming. I think it stopped working while downloading. Is it possible?

Do you find a crash report in the CrashReporter folder (C:\Users[username]\AppData\Roaming\Cyberduck\CrashReporter)?
