Description (last modified by dkocher)

I am unable to upload and download files (MacOS10.9.1). The error message is "Transfer incomplete" and "Upload failed (/public_html/filename) operation timeout". Increasing timeout for opening doesn't help. Here is the log file. Thanks.

Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance. Most possibly the upload fails because the port to connect to for the file transfer (in response to PASV) is blocked by the server or firewall.
