It would be awesome to have the ability to do a silent install of cyberduck. We currently use Ninite to install many common apps and I have a few scripts to install other apps. We install .NET automatically on all the computers, and could do a check for any other prereqs.

Have you ever thought about this? Is there anything I could do to help?

I suppose you can do this with the Chocolatey package.

You can start the installer with the command line option /S (silent mode).
