I am trying to download from a server I connect to regularly. But today received the message

Could not parse response code.
Server Reply: 0 Opening BINARY mode data connection for <folder ref>

I can authenticate and parse the folders, but just not download. I have refreshed and reconnected a number of times and tried another mac.

I have a mac running the latest build -OSX 10.9.1, Latest Cyberduck

Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance. This is caused by a bug in the server software which was possibly updated and causing the problem.
