32c0586 created the issue

I'm trying to keep a local copy of my web site on my hard drive using the Mirroring feature. It spends a very large amount of time running "STAT" commands on the entire site before it begins transferring anything. Then it invariably times out prematurely, usually on trying to transfer some file. I've tried it about 20 times. I get "Download failed Operation timed out."

I even changed the Preferences to retry several times, but that setting appears to be broken because it never works.

And the Log drawer is not useful because it appears to have truncated the logs because there's probably too much text in that drawer and the maximum amount of content has probably been exceeded.
