Is it possible to change value for "openstack.upload.largeobject.size" via ".cyberduckprofile" file?

I want to provide Cuberduck for my clients use for upload large file to my swift-based storage, but default size for segments is very-very small (5MB now). I created special cyberduckprofile, but can't find how change this settings. Can you help me?

Duplicate for #7802. We have changed the default segment size to 100MB.
