Internal server error downloading files #7913
Comments
Please report this bug to the hosting provider and/or server software vendor. |
Hi Knall I am experiencing the same issue (also using RightNow!). Did you manage to find a way around this? |
Hi louisgranger, Yes, I uninstalled it and re installed the prior version and have no issues. So I'm on version 4.4.3. I hope this helps. |

Can you please contact the provider and let them know about the issue. |
Hi dkocher, Would you still like me to contact RightNow? I see you implemented a workaround. |
Replying to [comment:10 knall]:
Yes, that would still be appreciated as it is a bug in the server software. |
This has not been corrected in the 4.5.5 release. Can you describe exactly what needs to be changed on the Oracle RightNow end? The file currently has read permissions, so it should be possible to download without an exception. |
Replying to [comment:13 sgarvert]:
Scheduled for 4.5. Please update to the latest beta build available. |
I updated to the new version today and am getting the error "cannot read file attributes" and getting internal server error.
