Hi Knall I am experiencing the same issue (also using RightNow!). Did you manage to find a way around this?

Hi louisgranger, Yes, I uninstalled it and re installed the prior version and have no issues. So I'm on version 4.4.3. I hope this helps.

Hi dkocher, Would you still like me to contact RightNow? I see you implemented a workaround.

Yes, that would still be appreciated as it is a bug in the server software.

This has not been corrected in the 4.5.5 release. Can you describe exactly what needs to be changed on the Oracle RightNow end? The file currently has read permissions, so it should be possible to download without an exception.

Scheduled for 4.5. Please update to the latest beta build available.
