When I get into Cyberduck and connect to my BigCommerce store I cannot transfer anything. I try to drag files or upload and the transfer window never opens up and nothing happens.
Would love help with fixing this issue. Thanks so much.

Please update to the latest snapshot build available and report back if the problem persists. Please include the file cyberduck.log in the application support directory.
