Can't upload - times out v4.4.3 #7936

Uploads working ok until about 6 days ago, when Cyberduck just started timing out, and stopped uploading anything at all.
When I double-click on a file on server via Cyberduck, no result: editor doesn't open, and Cyberduck says it's downloading (but it doesn't) - I work on files on server and this is frustrating!

I've checked prefs and all seem to be the same as when things were functioning correctly.
