When I download my FTP file from hostgator, I get the error: 'ftp.brian-portfolio.com: nodename nor servname provided, or not known.'

Any insights?

There is no such server ftp.brian-portfolio.com registered in DNS. Please contact your web hosting service provider for assistance.
