Getting Time Out Error When Trying To Connect To Webdav

Description
I have a bigcommerce website and i have just downloaded cyberduck as I want to change a few images etc. I have my webdav info from my bigcom site. I enter this in and hit connect and I keep getting an error message that reads : Connection failed time out connection.
I have gone into preferences and have increased the connection time to as high as I can and I am still getting the error. How can I fix this as I really need to get some work done.
