Reopen 8011 - "Upload" Not Working Since Update

Description

Ticket 8011 seems to have been closed because it "worksforme" ... well it STILL is not working for me and it stopped working after I allowed the update. See the screen shots attached. I can no longer "Upload" any files via Cyberduck ... the "upload" option is grayed out and not accessible. I've since restarted my computer 2x still no change. Do you have any recommendations? The only other thing that I can think of to do is to uninstall and reinstall ... which I'm hesitant to do because the person that set this up is no longer with us and the new tech team is unfamiliar.
