Hi,

I appear to be having a "permissions" issue after I download files. I currently use FileZilla for data transfer, so I can confirm that the data I'm downloading does contain DICOM files; however, when uploading the file into my viewing station (MIM software), it shows that no information is present.

Do I need to be granted additional access to CyberDuck to move forward?

Thanks,
