I am having the exact same issue -- as of about a week ago. I can log in and navigate "folders" but all folders appear empty. I can confirm at RackSpace that they are not.

After updating the latest version of cyberduct the rackspace cloud files is not working.
Directory is not working. Directory shows empty.
