The transfer window always has the spinning processing circle even when nothing is happening. Previous versions never did this.

Can you find any related output in the system.log (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app)?

I don't see how looking in the system log helps. This has been happening ever since I upgraded to the new version. If you think the system log would still help, tell me what to look for.

For log lines that start with [Cyberduck].

Otherwise, try to remove all transfer files from ~/Library/Application Support/Cyberduck/Transfers.
